По факту пришел восстановленный, собранный не правильно.
В связи со срочностью и простоем производства, были вынуждены из своего старого и этого "нового собрать" один.
На претензию о том, зачем вводите в заблуждение клиентов о том, что оборудование новое и качественное, получили порцию ора и крика о том, что такого быть не может.
Спорить и доказывать ничего не стали, человек бросил трубку. Поведение не адекватное.
Ни о какой клиентоориентированности речь не идет.
