Exterior - Aesthetic Defects:
The customer is obliged upon receipt, to unpack and check the products to verify the absence of external, sensory defects, and if there are, he has the right to block the receipt of the item and return it to the distributor or announce the existence of aesthetic defects within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of the products because with the expiration of that period he loses all entitled. The Company is obliged in a short time to make a replacement of this type with another. Where unreserved acceptance of the kind it is considered that it was delivered in perfect condition without external sensory defects.
Return products with company charge:
- In all cases they delivered other than sold, by type or quantity. - If upon delivery the species has damaged packaging, completely or for the most part of it. -In The event of bearing manufacturing defect (if it is certified by the authorized repairer that provides warranty) or lack of attribute, which has previously concluded in writing by the company.- In the case of damaged packaging, the customer should not accept delivery of the product from the outset and ask for replacement, in consultation with the company .. -In the return cases with company charge the products must be returned in the condition received by the customer and on time agreed. Any delay by the customer is only justified for reasons of force majeure, otherwise the right for replacement under this condition shall be lost. -For All cases the return of the replacement product will be made together with all the documents accompanying the product (eg ITT, Ap. Retail etc) and complete packaging (unless it is defect that is found later from delivery and the package does not exist or also outside of product packaging case which was received by distributors at product delivery).- The return of the goods by charging the COMPANY will effected either by staff and vehicles of the COMPANY or by courier, or to any of the shops run by the Company with the trademark «ECO HOUSE». ATTENTION!! BEFORE SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS TO RETURN YOU SHOULD HAVE DISCUSS VIA PHONE WITH REPRESENTATIVE FROM OUR COMPANY. If goods are returned damaged or incomplete, the online shop has the right to demand compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the goods and make unilaterally and unconditionally total or partial settlement of his claim to the client.
Right of withdrawal:
- From initial submission of the customer order up to a period of 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the service contract (in the case of such a treaty), or by delivery (in the case of products) and even when it is much the same order of delivery and while the latter when there is an obligation of delivery of goods at regular intervals from the delivery of the first, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the sale.- The withdrawal is unjustified and without charge and if the product has already delivered the customer must return the product directly to the state it was received, with all its components, the forms that accompany it and its packaging in perfect condition. The product return is accepted only if the first buyer has paid every amount that the company incurred in sending its product to him and shipping costs for returning the item. -The withdrawal declaration is filed in writing or electronically and the Company is obligated to send confirmation of receipt of withdrawal statement as soon as it is received therein. Following the withdrawal declaration, the Company is obliged to pay the price received. -The Refund to the customer will be made in the case of billing via credit card as follows: if until the withdrawal and return of the items has been paid to the Company the cost from the Bank, the Company will be obliged to inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will take any action provided for under the contract drawn up with the customer. The company after the notification shall not be liable for when and how to perform reversal, regulated by the abovementioned contract. -In The case of a cash payment if the customer had chosen the option "receipt from the store» (collect @ store), will be a refund to him from the store which held its receipt of the product. -The refund will be made within fourteen (14) working days of both the product and the price. -No Delivery costs reimbursed only if the customer had chosen delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by the Company. Also, the customer is required (unless the supplier has offered to collect the goods himself) to return the products within 14 calendar days from the day on which the withdrawal notified. - The customer is liable to compensate the company if made use other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the run up to the declaration of withdrawal and the Company is entitled to agree with the client the compensation of even with net basis. If the withdrawal concerns the provision of services, the customer must pay an amount proportionate to the information provided by the declaration of withdrawal. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal any linked contracts shall be automatically terminated, without any costs for the customer.
RIGHT OF RETURN LIGHT USED PRODUCTS (NO ACCESSORIES):
The customer is entitled within seven days from the product purchase date change / return the light used product, with 50% of its value.
